Online Sessions
Zoom sessions are available every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10.15 am to 11.30am (See FaceBook for details). There are also park sessions on Saturdays at 1.00 to 3.00pm in Ashburton Park. Times can vary according to the seasons,These informal sessions are opened to all.
Ashburton Hall
Thursday & Fridays 10.15 am to 11.30 am.
No booking required. Only £2 to cover expenses plus refreshments at the end.
Wear loose clothing and proper foot wear.There is ample car parking, disability access, and a friendly café for those whose just meet up. We meet all year round except in extreme weather conditions.
Saturdays 1.00 to 3.00 pm (Winter times).Open to all and depending on weather and seasonal - times vary. These sessions are quite informal and one is not obligated to do anything. Feel free to just turn up!! Ashburton Park
